Affordable housing project using TwistBlocks in Kibera. It was developed in collaboration with Mtaa Five Star for Livelihood Impact Fund.
The construction began in June 2025 and was completed in mid-September. A total of 9,000 TwistBlocks were used. The building complex is designed in an efficient L-shape and includes 15 residential units as well as six common areas distributed across all floors.
The water supply system has been fully installed and is supported by an 18,000-liter steel water tank that reliably services all units.
